Pork BBQ Dinner at the Agricultural Fairgrounds Building Massive Success

Following the 40th Anniversary of the Fiddleville Church Service, crowds from far and wide enjoyed a Pork BBQ Dinner at the Agricultural Fairgrounds, a coveted tradition in Shelburne , provided by the Shelburne Agricultural society each year and is very well received. Side Note: With Fall Fair quickly approaching, The Agricultural Society will be looking for volunteers. Click on the button to go to their website for further information.

Fiddle Championship Central...

Meet the vibrant 85 year old, legendary Fiddler and Composer, Web Acheson, the oldest competitor in attendance at Shelburne's 65th Canadian Old Time Fiddle Championship of 2015. Acheson sat proudly at his table covered in musical scores he had composed and took great pride in hearing so many of his songs being played throughout the competition. 


Meet 85 year old Web Acheson and six year old Savannah Leahy, the oldest and the youngest competitors who attended Shelburne's  65th Open Old Time Fiddle Competition.

This entertainer is a "triple threat"! She sings, she Fiddles, she steps! And she does all of this extremely well! 

Trottier will lift your spirits! Absolutely an amazingly talented entertainer and guess what, she has also competed in Shelburne!
