Shelburne Car Show 2017  Thank You On Behalf Of The Oatman Family, & Crew.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for coming out and supporting the Shelburne Street Festival and Car Show. It was a great day, even if the weather didn’t cooperate..."

First Up For The Shelburne Freelancer's Classic Car Page 2017 is this beautiful 63 Chevy II, Big block , 454 , 4 speed. Owner, Garrett Legge has owned this "X" drag car for almost five years and has done some restoration, including the beauty color choice, rebuilt rear end, new motor, and disk break conversion kit.

"I don't think I'll race her, " commented Legge. Bars still in the back, this is a classic that can hold it's own and clearly being a thing of beauty is a pleasure to drive.

HOLY HARLEY !

New projects, classic car lovers, bike enthusiasts are like three peas in a pod. This sweet ride belongs to Shelburnite Jim Bates who is also featured in the 2016 Classic Car Page. Following the restoration of his gorgeous truck, Bates just had to have the matching bike. Like women and bling, this is definitely candy for Harley Lovers.

This 2005  1200 Custom Sportster RT Harley was bare bones but looking at her now, you would never know it. "It was completely torn apart and rebuilt in a three month restoration. Repainted, rims powder coated, refinished seat, all parts are Harley Davidson Brand," commented Bates. "I haven't taken her out yet, I'm waiting for nicer weather. "

Special thanks to Jim Bates for sharing this beautiful beast!
